International Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $175.

Due to recent international tariff and shipping policy changes, the minimum amount required for free shipping has been adjusted to USD $175. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Please note that the free shipping threshold is calculated in USD. International customers must meet the equivalent value of USD $175 in their local currency after conversion.
Shipping Methods
For standard domestic deliveries, we typically use YunExpress and USPS. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days.
For international orders, we mainly use YunExpress and EMS. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Processing Time
All orders are shipped according to the longest production timeline within the order.
Some products may require additional preparation or production time due to handmade details, inventory scheduling, or high demand.
Please note that orders containing multiple items will be shipped together once all items arrive at our warehouse and pass quality inspection.

While we always strive to provide efficient delivery service, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays unless the package is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier after investigation.
