Refund Policy

At ViaHanfu, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before shipment to ensure product quality and accuracy.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • No restocking fees will be charged

  • Final sale items are non-returnable

Due to warehouse processing limitations and inventory management restrictions, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons outside of the eligible return window.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with significant damage, incorrect items, or major manufacturing defects, please contact us at support@viahanfu.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will gladly investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is caused by:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Major product defect

  • Shipping damage confirmed upon arrival
