ioCasual soldier's wear during the Ming Dynasty, consisting of a Tieli 贴里 (one piece robe), Zhan Qun 战裙 (overskirt), and Damao 大帽 (large cap). Based on paintings from the era.

Made of comfortable cotton and linen blend, not only will you be historically accurate - you'll be comfortable! Choose from various traditional colors to mix and match and create your very own 17th century outfit.

The Tieli 贴里 (one piece robe) was worn by commoners, low ranking soliders, and children due to it's simple design and ease of movement. Also great for riding horses thanks to its all around coverage without a restricting skirt.

Pair with the Zhan Qun 战裙 (overskirt) that literally translates as "war skirt" to safely hide your satchel (and possible arrows).

Finish with the Damao 大帽 (large cap), a hat style originating from the Mongol fashions of the Yuan Dynasty. The hardened cap quickly took over in popularity, especially in military and official fields. Scholars and commoners continued to wear soft fabric headwraps.

This item has a 25 day construction period.

Materials:

  • Tieli 贴里 (one piece robe) - cotton & linen blend
